Mental Health Skills For Managers

You can choose between two options:

1. The Mental Health First Aid England certified half-day training course.

2. A half-day or full-day CPD-accredited Elevo training course, tailored to your business needs.

The aim of this training is to build the knowledge and skills in your managers to feel confident in having mental health conversations as part of their everyday management. Managers will develop skills to identify if an employee may be experiencing mental health issues and learn how to appropriately signpost to available support.
