OUR WORK
Consultancy – We partnered with Turtle Bay to support their wellbeing strategy and ensure initiatives aligned with their “One Love” positioning and cultural DNA. Our guidance included selecting meaningful charity partners to amplify impact, and proposing accessible resources tailored to their employees’ needs. This approach ensured that every initiative reflected the values and ethos at the heart of Turtle Bay’s brand, creating a cohesive and authentic wellbeing framework.
Certified Training – We delivered the two-day Mental Health First Aid certification programme to all restaurant managers, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to effectively support their teams’ mental wellbeing. The training focused on practical applications and industry-specific challenges, resulting in measurable improvements: participants reported a significant boost in ‘Confidence’ ratings, rising from 5/10 to 9/10, and ‘Knowledge’ ratings improving from 5/10 to 10/10. These results reflect the training’s impact in enabling managers to create a healthier and more supportive workplace.
Digital Resources – To further support employee wellbeing, we created bespoke video content addressing key mental health and wellbeing topics. These resources were made available to employees throughout the year to complement wellbeing calendar days, providing practical insights and accessible tools that could be easily integrated into their daily lives. This digital approach ensured that support was always within reach, reinforcing Turtle Bay’s commitment to building a culture of care and inclusion.
