Quarterly Company-Wide Webinars – Delivered a series of engaging webinars on key mental health topics such as Suicide Awareness, Managing Stress, Supportive Conversations, and Coping with Anxiety. These sessions were carefully crafted to resonate with employees at all levels. They provided actionable strategies to tackle common workplace stressors, particularly within a manufacturing environment. By promoting open dialogue and equipping employees with practical tools, these webinars contributed to creating a more inclusive, supportive and mentally healthy workplace culture. Bespoke Training – Designed and facilitated a bespoke Mental Health for Managers training programme tailored to the specific considerations within a manufacturing environment. This co-branded training provided managers with the skills to recognise early signs of mental health challenges, confidently navigate difficult conversations, and build an environment where employees feel valued, seen and supported. By addressing the unique dynamics of a manufacturing workforce, this training equipped managers to lead with empathy and create a culture that prioritises wellbeing.
