OUR WORK
Consultancy – Partnered with the team to identify initiatives that align with Splunk’s overarching strategic objectives and market-specific needs. Our plan focused on creating a culture of resilience and mental wellbeing, ensuring initiatives were both relevant and impactful within the organisational context.
Certified Training – Delivered Mental Health First Aid and Suicide First Aid. This training significantly enhanced participants’ skills and confidence, with measurable outcomes: participants reported a notable increase in their ‘Confidence’ ratings, rising from 5/10 to 8/10, and ‘Knowledge’ ratings also improving from 5/10 to 8/10.
Bespoke Training – Designed and delivered two customised training programmes tailored to diverse regional and global audiences:
Mindset Matters: A comprehensive 6-week series focused on building resilience, engaging employees across global markets with practical tools and strategies to navigate stress and cope with uncertainty and change.
Productivity Series for APAC – Developed and facilitated a workshop series targeting productivity enhancement for the Asia-Pacific region. These sessions addressed key topics such as prioritisation techniques, establishing healthy boundaries, and thriving through periods of change.
Inspirational Talks – Designed and delivered a series of thought-provoking and impactful virtual sessions as part of Splunk’s monthly ‘Head-to-Head’ talks. These events featured expert speakers addressing topics like Depression, Suicide Prevention and Disability Inclusion, encouraging an open dialogue and increased awareness among employees.
