We collaborate with the Nando’s UK People Team to deliver wellbeing initiatives that align with their strategic goals to support both their Central Support and their Restaurant teams.
OUR WORK
Consultancy – Partnered closely with the team to provide expert guidance on enhancing workplace wellbeing processes and practices. This included refining manager check-ins to encourage stronger connections between leaders and their teams, as well as reviewing inclusive recruitment strategies to attract and retain diverse talent. These initiatives are carefully designed to build a workplace culture rooted in support, equity and opportunity.
Bespoke Training – Designed and delivered a customised Mental Health for Managers training programme with tailored approaches for the Central Support and Restaurant teams, ensuring relevance to the unique challenges faced by each group. This co-branded training, specifically created for Nando’s and relevant to hospitality, addressed industry-specific scenarios and practical applications, giving managers the confidence and skills to support their teams effectively. The training resulted in a measurable impact, with participants reporting a significant increase in their ‘Confidence’ ratings from 5/10 to 8/10, and ‘Knowledge’ ratings improving from 5/10 to 8/10.
Interactive Workshops – Facilitated engaging expert-led workshops on key topics such as Confidence, Curiosity and Resilience as part of broader initiatives across the business. These sessions equipped teams with practical, actionable strategies to thrive in both personal and professional contexts. By focusing on skills that could be immediately applied, the workshops contributed to building a more empowered and resilient workforce.
