OUR WORK
Consultancy – Partnered with GAIL’s to identify key priorities and opportunities for embedding mental wellbeing into their organisation. We provide ongoing thought partnership to help identify initiatives that are aligned with their strategy and growth plans, and are tailored to hospitality.
Certified Training – Delivered Mental Health Champion training to all GAIL’s managers across the UK as part of their wellbeing strategy to upskill their whole manager population. This training equips managers with practical skills and tools to lead a mentally healthy workplace within a hospitality environment. The impact of this initiative was measurable and significant, with participants reporting a marked improvement in their capabilities: average ‘Confidence’ ratings increased from 6/10 to 9/10, while ‘Knowledge’ ratings also rose from 6/10 to 9/10.
Champion Upskilling – To support the long-term success of GAIL’s Mental Health Champions initiative, we facilitated ongoing professional development through additional upskilling sessions. These sessions aim to provide Champions with tools and strategies, supporting their growth and reinforcing their role as advocates for mental wellbeing. Beyond skill enhancement, these sessions nurture a sense of community and connection among the Champions, creating a network of support and shared learning.
