About Elevo

At Elevo, we enable people to feel at their best, so they can perform at their best.

Inspired by our Latin name, which means to ‘elevate’ and ‘lift up,’ we believe that building a sense of belonging, alongside the wellbeing, development and growth of employees, are the key drivers of business success.

We partner with our clients to create workforces that are healthy, inclusive and ready to drive sustainable success.

Let's Talk

In Latin, ‘Elevo’ means to ‘lift up,’ which is what happens when we support each other and prioritise wellbeing and inclusion in a meaningful way.

The joining of the ‘e’ and ‘l’ represents connection, reflecting our focus on ensuring people and relationships remain at the heart of what we do.

‘Elevo’ is inspired by the idea of elevation, reflecting our passion for elevating how workplaces approach wellbeing and DE&I to achieve greater impact.

What We Do

Elevo was founded by Harry Corin with a clear mission: to create healthy, inclusive workplaces around the world. We collaborate with organisations to provide customised, impactful strategies and initiatives that prioritise workplace wellbeing and champion diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I).

Who We Support

When leaders create and communicate a well-defined strategy and advocate for wellbeing and DE&I, they enable a healthier and more productive workforce, which enhances the success and sustainability of the organisation. We support leaders to identify where they can focus to tackle the core drivers of wellbeing, set an effective strategy and get stakeholders aligned and onboard.

Managers are the backbone of any organisation, yet many haven’t had training to learn how to effectively manage people in a way that delivers strong performance while protecting their own wellbeing, and that of their team. We equip managers with the knowledge and skills to lead well and create a culture of compassion, resilience, performance and inclusivity, benefiting the entire organisation.
