OUR CLIENT

Jack Morton is a global brand experience agency that specialises in experiential marketing, branding and event production.

OUR PARTNERSHIP

We partnered with Jack Morton to provide expert guidance in delivering training workshops and facilitating lived experience storytelling as part of an internal mental health campaign ‘Balance Your Inner Orange’.

OUR WORK

Bespoke Training – As part of Jack Morton’s ‘Balance Your Inner Orange’ mental health campaign, we developed and delivered tailored training on Supportive Conversations. This training programme was designed to equip employees with the practical skills and confidence to navigate sensitive discussions around mental health. The training focused on building empathy, active listening and effective communication techniques, enabling participants to create a safe and supportive environment for their colleagues. This initiative became a cornerstone of Jack Morton’s efforts to enhance workplace mental wellbeing and promote a culture of care.

Inspirational Talks – To go alongside the training, we facilitated impactful Brave Spaces’ live talks led by Elevo founder Harry Corin, focusing on Mental Health and Suicide Awareness & Prevention. These sessions provided employees with a space to engage in meaningful conversations about mental health, breaking stigma and encouraging openness. By blending expert knowledge with heartfelt storytelling, the talks created powerful moments for education, connection and reflection, leaving a lasting impression on attendees and reinforcing Jack Morton’s commitment to employee wellbeing.

Harry and the Elevo team are a delight to work with. Their collaborative approach allowed us to tailor the content to our company objectives, voice and tone. The content was brave, powerful, authentic and meaningful and has allowed our agency to hold space for these incredibly important conversations and learnings. We engaged them as part of our mental health at work initiative including a keynote by Harry, mental health training and a facilitated discussion with Harry and one of our staff.
