OUR WORK
Certified Training
Delivered the two-day Mental Health First Aid training to Mars UK teams. This training was designed to equip managers with the tools and knowledge to identify, understand, and respond to mental health challenges within their teams. The training had a measurable impact, significantly boosting manager ‘Confidence’ ratings, rising from 5/10 to 9/10, and ‘Knowledge’ ratings improving from 5/10 to 9/10. These improvements underscore the effectiveness of the training in helping Mars to build a more supportive and mentally healthy workplace.
Bespoke Training –
Created and implemented three tailored training programmes to address diverse needs across the organisation:
Base Mental Health 101: This training for U.S. employees introduced foundational mental health concepts, building awareness and practical skills for recognising and addressing workplace mental health challenges.
Change Management Programme: This training for U.S. leaders focused on equipping them with strategies to navigate and lead through periods of change while prioritising team wellbeing.
Mars Mental Health for Managers Training: This training for global markets was designed as a bespoke, industry-relevant programme to provide managers worldwide with the skills to support mental health and build positive workplace environments.
Mental Health First Aider Upskilling – Supported the Mars Mental Health First Aider community with quarterly development sessions to strengthen their expertise and confidence. These sessions explored key topics such as Managing Stress and Anxiety, The Intersection of Race and Mental Health and Suicide Awareness and Prevention. Inspirational Talks – Curated and hosted expert-led talks to encourage discussion and awareness on wellbeing topics. Highlights included a session on LGBTQ+ Inclusion for Pride Month and a global live panel on Suicide Bereavement, both of which provided employees with valuable insights and actionable strategies for creating inclusive and supportive environments.
