OUR CLIENT
Heineken is a global brewing company with over 165 breweries in more than 65 countries. They own multiple leading beer and cider brands across the world.
OUR PARTNERSHIP
We worked closely with HEINEKEN UK’S Wellbeing Lead to deliver a range of initiatives that aligned with and enhanced their wellbeing strategy.
OUR WORK
Certified Training – Delivered Mental Health Skills for Managers training to all HEINEKEN UK managers (c. 120 people), equipping them with the tools and confidence to effectively support their teams’ mental wellbeing. This impactful training resulted in a significant improvement in participants’ self-assessed ratings, with average ‘Confidence’ scores increasing from 5/10 to 8/10 and ‘Knowledge’ ratings also rising from 5/10 to 8/10. Additionally, we provided Mental Health First Aid and Suicide First Aid training to further strengthen HEINEKEN ‘S capacity for mental health support and crisis intervention for colleagues if and when needed.
Champion Upskilling – To ensure the sustainability and growth of HEINEKEN’S Mental Health Champion community, we facilitated upskilling sessions that focused on important and sensitive topics such as Grief & Bereavement and Suicide Prevention. These sessions not only expanded the Champions’ knowledge and skills but also encouraged a sense of connection and community, creating a supportive network that drives ongoing impact within the organisation.
Inspirational Talks – As part of HEINEKEN’S monthly ‘Wellbeing Labs,’ we curated and delivered expert-led talks designed to inspire and educate employees on a variety of wellbeing topics. These sessions covered subjects such as The Power of Breathwork, Suicide Prevention, Disability Inclusion, Intersectionality and LGBTQ+, Building A Positive Mindset, and Stress Management. These engaging and thought-provoking talks encouraged open dialogue and provided actionable tools to enhance personal and professional wellbeing.
