This 4-hour training certified by Mental Health First Aid England raises awareness of mental health. It covers what mental health is and how to challenge stigma and gives basic knowledge of some common mental health issues. Participants will have an introduction to looking after their own mental health and maintaining wellbeing as well as increased confidence to support someone in distress or who may be experiencing a mental health issue
